GoogleIf I could give this bunch of crooks 0, I would. Do nothing for their tenants while they're in the property, then have the audacity to charge tenants for an inventory check when they leave it. Have never heard of this practice before - what are we paying these charlatans for?

GoogleIt's good if good weather with family to a walk, they've public washroom and cafe, but need to wait bit long for just coffee orders, not sure how long does it take if order more for others stuff 🤔 …

GoogleWorst agency ever. You've been warned! Initially very kind then they just take your money and they don't move a finger. No answer to your email and your agent looks always busy or out of office when you look for him. You better look around before falling in this trap.

GoogleVery rude and will not be dealing with them anymore. Not worth the hassle. They will not be helpful to suit your needs as a client. As a buyer I will not be looking at their properties anymore and will never do business with them when selling my home.

GoogleI'm renting with them. They send incompetent handy men which are unable to fix issues in the propriety. After 6 months we are still waiting for minor fixes to be done on the propriety. This agency is slow to respond and does not care about tenants.

GoogleAbsolutely agree with everyone- 500 pound fees to move into an inhabitable property. Poor landlord have given Central management rights - I wonder if he is aware of the state of his property, he has probably lost a few tens of thousands of pounds on its value...
