Durante la nostra permanenza non si sono fatti scrupoli ad entrare nel nostro appartamento per mostrarlo a nuovi tenants senza il preavviso di almeno 24 ore, loro si limitavano a scriverci con un paio di ore di preavviso con la sfacciataggine di dire “anche se non siete in casa abbiamo le chiavi non vi preoccupate”.
Tant’è che un giorno il mio coinquilino è stato fermato da un agente immobiliare inglese che doveva salire con dei futuri clienti a vedere il nostro appartamento, il quale si è sentito mortificato e si è scusato per il comportmento dell’agenzia CASA LONDRA completamente fuori legge.
Nonostante questo, quando abbiamo finito la nostra tenancy, sfortunatamente, nel trasloco sono stati dimenticati dei miei vestiti e del mio intimo, mi sono accorta il giorno stesso di questa mancanza e ho subito avvertito una ragazza dell’agenzia, la quale mi ha detto che potevo passare in ufficio a prendere le chiavi. Dopo 2 giorni siamo stati informati che dovevamo pagare un sovrapprezzo per smaltire le cose dimenticate da noi all’interno dell’abitazione. Mi sono precipitata nell’appartamento, dove ho trovato la padrona di casa, la quale mi ha spiegato che una ragazza dell’agenzia le aveva detto che noi non ci eravamo più fatti sentire e lei poteva buttare via tutto quello che aveva trovato. Cosa non vera.
Sta di fatto che la padrona si casa ha così buttato tutto il mio intimo e preparato alcuni miei vestiti da dare alla charity, mentre altri di marca e più costosi sono stati fatti sparire, ancora oggi non si sa bene che fine abbiano fatto.
Dopo questo fatto ho contattato un avvocato il quale mi ha detto che potevo chiedere un refund e l’agenzia mi ha dato un minimo refund di £200, nemmeno la metà di quelli che erano stati calcolati da me e l’avvocato per i danni subiti.
Infine, ora, la ciliegina sulla torta. Il giorno 30 AGOSTO ci è arrivata una mail dove chiedono che vengano pagate le bollette arrivate alla fine della nostra tenancy + il sovrapprezzo. La nostra tenancy si è conclusa il 30 di aprile quindi vi lascio immaginare quanti final demand abbiamo ricevuto.
Possibile che loro non ci potessero mandare prima queste cose?
Sconsiglio quest’agenzia a tutti, le ragazze all’interno cercano di abbindolarti con complimenti e gentilezze quando poi si rivelano man a mano sempre meno professionali e sempre più disorganizzati. Vergogna.

I will not agree with with you Emma at all. I am working with Casa Londra for long time as housekeeper and have to say that every single thing has been forgotten is packed and handled with care! Also everything it is returned to the owners if is requested on time not few months after living! I am saying from own experience!
