So, I had some nice experience with Capital Heights recently. I should say that all my experiences with estate agents have been not tough, but complicated. Though, with Sam (the agent I worked with) it was great. He was really easy to reach and always replied to my messages. The experience was pretty easy and clear. Although my arrival to the flat was postponed due to the pandemic, Sam was really patient with me and never pushed me. When he came over to hand me the keys and to get the signatures, he was very polite and bright. Thank you for this!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Absolutely amazing experience with Capital Heights. Our agent Sam was very efficient when we were struggling to find a flat due to the limited properties available. However within a month Sam had found an amazing flat which we now love. Super good communication and overall the most pleasant, easy experience I’ve had with an estate agent, couldn’t recommend Capital Heights enough!!

I have been using Capital Heights for a few years to rent my flats out. I always find Deepak and his team professional, transparent and always willing to help with any queries I may have about the market, or perspective candidates for tenants. In these days of uncertainty, it is reassuring to have the consistency and reliability of Capital Heights doing whatever they can to make the process of finding tenants a smooth one.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I first met Deepak from capital heights when buying my apartment in east London. What an impression he made - this was my first home and he was so helpful in the coordination of buying the property and ensuring EVERYTHING was in order This impression meant that when I needed to put my apartment on the market for rental there was absolutely no question who I wanted to manage it for me. The apartment was rented within days and due to a death in the family I was unavailable as the tenants moved in. Deepak was incredible in ensuring the transition required zero input from myself while still keeping me updated on the necessary items. I cannot recommend Capital Heights and specifically Deepak highly enough! Great company. Amazing agent. Thank you so much

Slow repairs, dismissive attitude, stressful from start to finish

I rented through Capital Heights (contact: Deepak Bhopal) from September 2025 to September 2026. My deposit was returned in full, so this isn't about money. It's a warning about how the tenancy was managed.

Just finished a very happy 2 years renting with Capital Heights in E1. A big thank you to the team, being a tenant through Capital Heights has been seamless and an absolute pleasure - comms have been great throughout, always responsive to any issues and generally super helpful which is all that a tenant could ask for. I think the real difference with Deepak and the wider Capital Heights team is they really care about what they are doing which really shows when you engage them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I had the pleasure of staying in a flat managed by Capital Heights Estate agents after having some bad experiences with other London real estate agencies. I ended up staying in the flat for over four years and can honestly say that the service provided by Capital Heights was nothing short of spactacular. If there was any problem, they would urgently achknowledge the email and resolve the problem, they were extremely fair throughout my tenancy and I felt very safe and looked after. Could not reccomend Capital Heights enough to anyone who would like a hassle free, safe and enjoyable estate experience in London
