We are very pleased with Campbell Residential. They are our agent more than 5 years now. Whenever we had problem, we recieved response on the same day and fixed it super fast. We had bad experience with the previous agent, needed to wait 1 month to fix something, sometimes longer. So if you looking for a good agent who you can 100% trust, then choose this company, you will not regret it.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My experience with the agency service was disappointing. It started from the agent Paula not showing up for a viewing, thus, the tenants have to show me an apartment and building’s premises. After the offer was negotiated with a landlord, …

I rented with this agency for 2 years and all maintenance issues (not that there were hardly any at all during this time) were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The communication is great and i would really recommend. On moving in and then leaving everything was smooth and I don't have one bad thing to say. Trustworthy, professional and friendly.

Excellent and professional company, who know their market well. Good timekeepers, (unlike some other agents in E14!), and they did not waste my time showing me properties which did not meet my criteria. A pleasure to do business with them.PositiveProfessionalism

By far, the best and most attentive property manager I've ever had. Hardly anything ever breaks in my flat, but if it does, Paula gets it fixed immediately without any faff.

A great property management company. Efficient, kind and decent people and very straightforward to deal with. I have had bad experiences in the past with agents so it is good to meet ones as good as Campbell Residential.
