I cannot recommend Brown and Brooke enough. From the initial recommendations to being tenants with them for almost 3 years the experience has been exceptional. Cameron was our contact and he was efficient, professional and always responsive. As a landlord myself in another country, I genuinely wish we had him managing our property there, as good realtors are hard to find. When I visit for business they will be my first port of call even for temporary accommodation, as they have my trust. Thank you Cameron and Brown and Brooke.

As an overseas landlord I needed a completely trustworthy agent to find tenants and also manage the property. Tony was completely reliable, honest, and hard working. I used Brown & Brooke for quite a few years, he was always responsive and I found the service to be impeccable. He has an excellent network of tradesmen who are honest and do good work so he was able to deal with any repairs needed promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. We have now sold our property and Tony helped with that as well. The transaction went smoothly, helped along with his down to earth humour and good nature. We required a short term let whilst our property was being refurbished. Having approached Brown & Brooke a local agent in blackheath they found the perfect property for us. The onboarding process was quick and easy including credit and affordability checks . Amazingly we were able to move in a couple of weeks after viewing.Both the owner Tony and our agent Cameron were very helpful and were only to happy to resolve issues as they arose. Light in a world of darkness.

Whilst having a truly stressful time selling my house in SE London, (primarily due to having appointed the wrong conveyancer) Tony & Cameron were on hand to be a steadying influence. Tony went way beyond what one would ordinarily expect. I felt that he tailored his approach to suit me as his communication was totally natural and friendly, and he was pretty much on hand whenever I reached out regardless of the time of day. Over the past 15 years, as a househunter buying and selling property in South East London and as a landlady letting out my flat, I have always been most impressed by Brown and Brooke. The staff are friendly and efficient, great problem-solvers and good at communicating. They have great local knowledge and years of experience. All the tradespeople and contractors they recommend are equally brilliant. For example, they recently organised the re-decoration of my apartment and the results are very pleasing. During the difficult period of the COVID-19 lockdown they were especially good at keeping everyone onside and helping me to resolve issues with tenant behaviour and rent arrears. Our experience with Brown & Brooke

Brown & Brooke have been managing our portfolio of properties for several years now and all this time we have been allowed to relax. We trust them completely and for good reasons. Tony and Cameron have been wonderfully efficient in managing our properties, liaising with the tenants and ourselves, expertly negociating in cases of some conflicts between the parties involves and in fact getting us better rental income that we expected. We are overseas landlords so in it invaluable for us to have good people looking after our business when we are not there. They definitely deserve a 5 stars report and if we could we would have added another star. Agents you can trust to be on your side

As a first time landlord away from my property I was nervous about choosing managing agents. However my initial phone calls and visits from Cameron really put me at ease from the get go and I felt they were streets ahead of other agents I had approached. Professional, competent, reliable - I felt Cameron and Tony really listened to my concerns and they weren’t pushy. I feel they are on my side and have my interests at the fore. Still in the first few months of being a landlord but so far it’s gone really smoothly and I would recommend them without reservation.
