GoogleI chose Kay & Co (now part of the Berkshire Hathaway family) to market my rental property in W2. Unlike the other (larger) firms who viewed the apartment, I really felt that Hannah and Alexandre in particular understood my requirements as a client and they found me the perfect tenants - actually before the property even officially went on the market! They were/are great to deal with and have a real knowledge of the Hyde Park neighbourhood. It’s been a pleasure to work with them and the rest of the Kay/BH team, including Michael, who now handles the day to day management of my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a property agent/manager in W2/W1.

GoogleI wanted to say that Sam especially at the letting team has been fantastic. They had three tenants lined up and managed to secure a three year let with 6 months paid in advance. This will give us peace of mind that our flat will be letted for a significant period with no rent free time. Thanks again

GoogleSince Kay and Co has merged with Berkshire Hathaway the service provided by their building management agents, specifically Antrol, has been of a high standard. Antrol picked up a lot of the difficulties left behind by the previous agents and was able to produce results. We really appreciate his help and work.
