GoogleBensons have been managing my property since assisting with the original purchase some twenty years ago. During that time I have always received very helpful advice and support even ‘out of hours’ when unexpected problems have arisen. Bensons very professional approach and attention to detail has made the whole letting process very simple and stress free for me and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to buy or rent property in the area.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENT. It was an absolute nightmare for us. We let a flat in Pimlico as we moved overseas to work. Benson's have not paid the rent collected from the tenant for several months. The reason given by them was unacceptable: they were blaming the bank. They cut the communications many times. No emails, no phone calls. We had to physically go there from overseas to London to make sure the payment to be transferred, which was very unpleasant. Benson's is a small incompetent business that can't cope with modern standards. I also learned recently another former customers were underpaid by Benson's years back. NEVER USE THIS AGENT, or you regret it.

GoogleI found Bensons to be incredibly professional. They are responsive and easy to talk to. Whenever I had an issue, they were on hand to resolve it, even out of hours on many occasions which is unheard of in letting agent property management. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other tenants and landlords alike. Hats off to Maria and Nicholas who are doing in amazing job!

They are responsive to any emergency and always arrange the appropriate solution in a timely manner and without going overboard with the costs, keeping me and the tenants happy. Their communication is great, we built a good relationship and I trust their advice. The fact that they are local and close to the properties is also an advantage.

They were very professional and responsive throughout and whenever something needed fixing they would get on with it quickly. They also returned my deposit promptly at the end of the tenancy. I would be very happy to rent again through Bensons in the future.

Void periods are non-existent, repairs etc are dealt with promptly & I know my properties are in safe hands. Would I recommend Bensons to owners & tenants? Definitely.

Quick to sort any problems, easy to get hold of, reliable, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Have come across terrible estate agents before, but Benson’s isn’t one of them!
