GoogleI lived in a property managed by Bensons for 3.5 years and I always found them really helpful and quick to assist with any problems that may have arisen. Objects were repaired excellently (by Winston and Omer) and if they couldn't be Maria would quickly sort out a replacement. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleFrom the design, choice of wooden flooring, finding a contractor, and managing the contract, Bensons has performed exceptionally well in delivering a very good wooden floor for our flat. We have dealt with Bensons for over twenty years. During this time they have managed a number of projects at our present flat, including a new bathroom and kitchen. On each occasion we were always pleased with the level of Bensons expertise, professionalism and commitment to delivering a project to meet our exact requirements.

GoogleBensons fully and expertly managed three properties for us in Knightsbridge and South Kensington for approximately 20 years and within the past 9 months handled the sale of two of those properties. In connection with the sales, Bensons undertook full responsibility to refurbish and renovate the properties to make them most attractive for sale, including submitting bids from contractors and supervising the work of the selected contracting firms. GoogleI was a Bensons tenant for nearly 7 years. Bensons is a boutique, family business. That meant I dealt with the same people throughout my 7 years. They knew the apartment, the owner, and me very well - and I knew them. Any issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently, requiring only one email or phone call. The reason I continued to rent the apartment (other than, of course; I liked it), was the ease of dealing with the managing agent. Bensons are a professional, client focussed team, and a real bonus is they are a lovely family. GoogleBensons has managed two flats for us since 2011. One in Westminster and another in Camden. The Westminster property required a complete refurbishment on purchase in 2011 and the Camden flat also required significant work, including the design and installation of a shower room. All work to both properties was carried out to the highest standards, within both budget and suggested timescale. Bensons' letting management service is of a high standard and both properties have been swiftly re-let whenever there has been a change of tenancy. Our property portfolio is our company's investment vehicle. The properties managed by Bensons require the least amount of input by our Directors, enabling us to concentrate on our core business. GoogleBensons have managed the building (in which I have owned and partly lived in) for over four years, with quiet dignity and efficiency during that time. I have always found all staff members to be helpful, attentive and accessible, with excellent client communication - and, in Maria Savva in particular, a Manager who has always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Bensons have also used their extensive knowledge of the market, the area and the building to help a flat sale through to a satisfactory conclusion at a very difficult time. I found their expertise in this field was invaluable and undoubtedly saved the sale. They have gone far beyond the call of duty and I have no hesitation in recommending Bensons Estate Agents as an excellent prospective selling agency.

GoogleBensons have an impressive list of clients and found an MP for my flat within a matter of days and he has been a good tenant for a number of years. Although not appointed to manage the property they do monitor the tenancy and provide me with valuable feedback. On occasions when repairs are needed Bensons are more than happy to sort them out using their contractors. I appreciate the ongoing help and support they provide.
