Outstanding service from Tommy and Roman at Benham and Reeves!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents. Tommy and Roman went above and beyond throughout the whole process. They were incredibly professional, helpful, accommodating and patient, and their persistence and dedication really stood out.
They were always on hand to answer questions, kept us informed, and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to help things move forward.
It was clear that they genuinely cared about helping us and getting the best possible outcome, rather than simply doing the bare minimum. Their communication, professionalism and willingness to accommodate our needs were exceptional.
We are extremely grateful to Tommy and Roman and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. They are a real credit to Benham and Reeves!

Great experience working with Rahim Velji during the recent process of renting our flat. He highlighted certain areas in the flat that needed refurbishment or improvement, if done, would lead quickly in finding a good tenant. We took his advice and the needful was done. Rahim and his team, as indicated, then were quickly able to find a suitable tenancy.
Overall, we find Rahim courteous, helpful and with positive attitude in resolving any matter that we may be facing related to our properties.

Denisa is incredibly helpful and consistently proactive. Following the recent tenancy, she has handled all potential issues and tenant requests quickly and efficiently. She takes full responsibility for both landlord and tenant needs, ensuring that matters are resolved promptly and effectively. She genuinely cares about keeping both parties satisfied.
One example that truly reflects her professionalism is her attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Even when she is on leave, her auto-reply emails are thoughtfully prepared, clearly stating her absence dates and providing a full list of emergency contacts, along with guidance for water, gas, electricity, and repairs. This level of foresight ensures that both landlords and tenants are fully supported at all times. I have rarely encountered a property manager as responsible and dependable as Denisa, and I have complete confidence in her dedication and reliability. She gives landlords real peace of mind.
I would also like to mention Di, the Letting Manager at B&R, who is a top talent and a true professional in the business. With his exceptional insight in the property market and strong understanding of prospective tenants, he was able to screen and secure a high-quality tenant within just a few days. Amelia Wright helped me to find tenants for my property. The listing was uploaded with photos and a video very quickly. The property was overpriced initially and issues with the market meant it was empty for 3 months which wasn't ideal. The Property Manager Kaitlyn is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend B&R as their fees are reasonable and they are a well-known company. Sometimes they aren't in the office, but they do respond by telephone, WhatsApp and email in good time.
