Honestly the best experience I have had with an agent I didn’t get into the exact mechanisms of what is a company policy and what is not but for sure people here are gems who help whenever possible and genuinely advice based on what is best for you rather than try to manipulate you into one option or another because they want to increase their profits …etc.

Fantastic service and I couldn’t thank Yuan Luo enough for her phenomenal job ranging from arranging the appointment and dealing with queries phenomenally quick and efficiently. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the solicitor and despite this she managed to constantly get updates and keep all parties informed along the way. When I moved in, they explained the shared facilities, the kitchen in the room, things to be careful of when using electronic devices, and cleaning supplies that would be useful to buy before moving in, so I was able to move in without any worries. I would definitely like to rely on them again when I move next time.

GoogleExcellent service level! Highly recommended. I have been letting my flat in Ealing Broadway since January 2024. Benham & Reeves is my letting agent. I have just received their first 6-month interim inspection report. The report was well organized, precise and to-the-point. It had 5 to 6 photos of each section of the flat and 3 on the balcony. I can easily confirm that the tenant is keeping the condition of the flat very well. Benham & Reeves' inspection report gave me a feel of assurance. I truly appreciated the high standard of their service. The job well done!

She has gone beyond the call of duty to oversee many repairs and improvements to our property prior to the tenant arriving. She was outstanding.
