GoogleThe agency in general is unorganized and unresponsive (in cases outside ordinary flat management) and the default contracts are way in favour of the landlords! However, some people working there are really nice - and hence the 3* (as opposed to one). In particular, I worked with Denisa (property manager) and Lonnie (agent). Both very nice and helpful, who would go above and beyond to resolve issues.
Hi Rojina, I can see from our records that because of Covid, an exterior repair to your balcony could not be done by the Block Agents but it was followed up regularly by our property management team and you were kept informed. We share your frustration here as this was entirely the responsibility of the freeholder to sort out but restrictions made this difficult. GoogleWorst estate agency experience! Jammi, George failed us. We were told the flat was available immediately and the furniture and smell will be replaced once moved in. It has not been. The flat smells like wet dog and the old dirty furniture is still here even after a month of being here?? Unacceptable.

We had videos of a property and an offer accepted, put down the holding deposit as per requirements. Only to be told, the price had changed (by around 200pcm) and we didn’t have the flat.Incredibly poor service, should not have taken a deposit if this was the case. Then it took them over a week to return the greater than £400 deposit. Cowboy-esc structure to the company in this regard. Would avoid if you can.

Googlenegative experience with the property manager. Kept trying to charge us for every repair ever since we decided to move out. Every encounter has been unpleasant. Their letting team was good and helpful. They do response to your issues rather quickly but always slide with the landlord and try to make you pay. Was asked to do a full deep cleaning of the pipes in the rented property after the plumber has unblocked the pipes. Would not show proof when the pipes were last deep cleaned. Condescending tones that accuse us of messing up everything in our ten month stay.
