Very helpful finding a flat, quick to respond, helpful in negotiating. However, very slow in releasing the deposit. It was like pulling teeth. Impossible to get the property manager on the phone (tried many many times), they are slow to respond to emails.

Dreadful customer service and avoid this agency at all costs. Have no care for their tenants and leave without heating and hot water for days and weeks. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Behind the smart exterior and locations of their offices they give appalling customer service.Avoid this company at all costs!

Hi Matthew, I have fully investigated this and the issues were down to the complexity of wiring at your rented property. We share your frustration regarding this.Your issue was reported to the Block Management very quickly and followed up speedly.I have looked at all the correspondence and I think we did our best under the unusual circumstances and we really worked hard to try and act as go between to resolve everthing as best we could but this matter was completely outside of our control. Sorry you felt the need to give us bad reviews on so many social media platforms - it is disapointing to see this, particulalry as you agreed to proportionate compensation.
