Since I’ve moved into my apartment ten years ago, I’ve had an array of different managing agents, that weren’t that efficient. However, when Denisa Markusekova became the managing agent for my property, things changed completely. She is so efficient, and is always on standby to solve any problems with the property. She puts her utmost effort into ensuring that both the tenants and landlords are looked after completely. I have always had full faith in her work. She has sorted so many problems in my flat, from plumbing issues, to furniture replacements, etc, in the most timely manner. I have never had to worry at all. She is a huge asset to Benham and Reeves - and I probably wouldn’t have stayed in this property if it weren’t for her. Sarah,Tenant at cameret court.

I have had great experiences with Benham & Reeves ever since year 2018. The process was smooth and clearly explained from the first viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. The staff are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any queries. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication throughout the tenancy is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Rented a flat with them. It took Benham and Reeves more than 2 months to reimburse my deposit after many emails. The accounting department made a lot of mistakes and information communicated to me was erroneous (miscommunication as they would call it) which eventually cost me half a month rent. Would not trust them for any transaction

GoogleHas great lettings guys who are let down by property manager and vacation department. Very slow return of deposit and repairs. I wouldn't use Benham's again after trying to get our deposit back for over a month so far. They had attempted to take over £1500 of a £2250 deposit citing issues that were reported when we entered the property and reduced the amount down to less than £250 for minor issues ("£120 for scuffs to walls") and still has not returned deposit after 30 days of being out the property and us agreeing to the amount. During tenancy, many things were broken in the brand new build and Benham's were slow to be repair and replace. Landlords and Tenants beware, If you have a choice of agency between Benham Reeves and another. Run to the other! If you do go with Benham's and get Syed as your property manager then your in for a ride.
Hi Brendan, we're sorry you weren't happy at the end of your tenancy but it is standard when you leave, regardless of the agent you use, for a checkout report to be done. You disputed the deposit deductions and this had to be negotiated so a satisfactory end between you and the landlord, we're sorry this took a little longer than expected and I believe you were kept informed throughout this process. I can see everything was finalised last week for you. We wish you well in your new home. - Emily, B&R

I was looking for a flat to rent with very specific requirement. I found a property online, reached-out to B&R and got connected to Abbie White. She understood my requirement very well and shared exact suitable options for me. I choose an option which was coming to market soon as a result there was lack of info available at the time of enquiry. With her great communication skills she made sure that I was always up-to date with latest information.
