Your property manager, Caroline De Havillande, had been very proactive in helping me find a tenant for my property. She was able to secure a tenant for me within a very short period of time and with virtually no time gap after the expiry of the existing tenancy. She also responded to my queries very promptly.

We were looking for a flat to rent for two months, so we contacted at least 25 different agencies and out of those I can only recommend two. One of those is Krystal Richards, who works for Benham and Reeves. She was quick to respond, very flexible and helpful. Her response time was amazing and some of the times it was well after business hours. If you have the chance to be serviced by her, you will know what I mean. Would've given her a sixth star if possible.

We have used Benham and Reeves for about 6 years to manage our property During that time they have been on call to support any issues raised as quickly as possible for example a broken washing machine door handle was reported, this was quickly rectified by Tanya and various options of repair were given to usWe have also had very positive customer service from George and Haruka with previous tenants
