GoogleMichael Chapman during our tenancy lied, changed details and made the whole experience terrible. After moving out he swindled out of the deposit as much as he could, claiming maintenance is my responsibility to pay for. To be rid of him accepted the charges as I could no longer deal with the lies and strongarm tactics he used
This is a blatant lie and the property was left in a disgusting state and the costs where claimed on behalf of the landlord. We are very happy to post pictures on here as to how you left the property and the work that needed to be done to put it right.

GoogleI've let my property out with base now for almost 10 years now for one simple reason. They are the best!! Always available to help and solve any issues that might pop up. Most importantly is that they find tenants that are reliable and very respectful to my property. Keep up the great work !!!

Keep your display relevant to the service you offer, unless you have a side hussle of laying people out on a table with their legs in the air??

GoogleI had the best experience with them in 6 year of letting properties agents. When I moved in, there were some issues with the heating, and while they were finding a solution, brought temporary heaters. They are always there when you need them, quick email respond, efficient and caring. The return of the deposit was straight forward and without problems.
