GoogleI had a really great experience with Base Property Specialists.
We rented through them for over two years, and the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. The team were always helpful, professional and easy to communicate with, whether it was during move-in, day-to-day property management, or when we eventually moved out.
I also really appreciate that even after our tenancy had ended, they were still willing to help me with an important letter/document that might have been sent to the property, and kindly followed up with the current occupier for me. That level of aftercare really means a lot.
Their properties are also very unique and well selected, with a lot more character than many standard rental listings in London. Overall, I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agency.

• 15 July, Viewing arranged promptly

• 17 July, Offer accepted, and documents submitted the same afternoon
• 21 July, All documents signed and payments completed
• 4 August, Successfully moved in
Everything progressed quickly yet clearly, and the communication was active and consistent at every stage, which made the experience completely stress-free.
What stands out even more is the ongoing support after moving in. Whenever I raise any issues or concerns, the team responds almost immediately, and in most cases, someone is arranged to attend within 24 hours. As a tenant they are a great liaison between myself and landlord. Nothing is too much trouble & on the rare occasion a problem arises they are always prompt to respond and deal with any issue.
