After buying my property a few years ago with the excellent help of Leon and Team, a life change has meant I was looking to rent it out. Since turning to Barnard Marcus again they’ve been nothing short of helpful. Working direct with Lucy E, she has been communicative and helpful whilst there were challenges surrounding referencing of tenants. I most appreciated them finding a resolution to the delay before calling with a solution already in place. Tenant have moved in this week and I’m looking forward to what will hopefully be a long continued relationship with Barnard Marcus!
