GoogleI worked with Andreja and Jakub for my search for a family rental home. I had been searching for over 6 months with every major agency in Hammersmith and Fulham with no luck. Having seen the property online, booking a viewing was straight forward and we submitted an offer the same weekend. The process was guided by them from start to finish and the advice was honest and professional. We are very happy in our new house and this is in no short way due to their assistance. Would highly recommend them amongst a multitude of competitors.

GoogleReally unprofessional agency.. and I don’t speak only for my self but for the full building.. they take literally 6 month to give back to us the deposit back, which normally if everything is ok by low is need only 10 day! Everyone literally had problem with that, they try in every way with excuses.. even if the landlord say to give back from the beginning! I don’t like give bad reviews, but after 5 flat ask me about that I decided to describe my experience with this agency! I’m 8 yeas renting in London is my first time waiting that long..

Very disappointing customer service. I called as a genuine prospective buyer interested in one of their auction properties and spoke with Jesse. I explained that I was new to the auction process and had several questions about the property, including whether I could speak with the auctioneer or someone actually handling the lot. Unfortunately, the conversation felt extremely dismissive and uninterested. Rather than trying to help, answer my questions, or direct me to someone who could, I was left feeling as though my enquiry was an inconvenience. When someone is considering making such a significant financial commitment, particularly through an auction, I would expect professional, helpful and welcoming customer service. First-time auction buyers should be guided towards the appropriate person, not made to feel uncomfortable for asking questions. A very disappointing first impression.

I’ve given 1 star only because zero isn’t an option. The service from this letting agent has been extremely poor. I’ve been reporting a drain blockage for over three weeks, and they still haven’t addressed it. During their recent visit, they even left the bath‑tub side cover open, adding to the list of unresolved issues. I’ve followed up multiple times, yet they’ve shown no urgency, no accountability, and barely any interest in responding to emails.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
