GoogleChris was a total hero - I had all sorts of issues with my sale and purchase that he was able to help out on, put pressure on the right people to make it happen and, ultimately, allowed me to complete before the stamp duty deadline. GoogleReally fantastic professional approach. From start to finish! Jayde was extremely helpful and always accommodating with viewings and her local knowledge was brilliant. Chris was also superb at getting the house agreed for us. Would certainly recommend. They also have a super transparent workflow giving me updates of where we were with the purchase.

GoogleGreat estate agency, William has been very helpful with my property search and he also recommended me a very good mortgage advisor and lawyer which made my purchase much easier. The purchase went quickly, and it took just over 2 months to complete. Very good agency, I would definitely recommend their service :)

GoogleI'm astonished how they have such a good rating. I can only describe them as unorganised and high handed. I had an in person mortgage consulting followed by 4 house viewings. I received a call in the morning that the mortgage consulting was canceled and everything else remains the same. I reached their office with my family to find no one there to show us around. Our agent did not bother to call and speak with me while we were waiting for almost an hour. Another agent got there and assured us that he would be able to show us all the places. However things changed as we entered the first house and he said that he could not show us anything else and offered to drop us back at the office, which I refused. I decided to wait for a few days for them to get back to me and explain what happened, but that was too much to expect. I consider myself lucky that this happened on the first day itself.

GoogleI have had such a positive experience with Chris at Barnard Marcus! Right from the beginning I really felt like this estate agent really had my best interests at heart. I was kept up-to-date with all developments (it drives me mad when estate agents don’t do that) and I felt comfortable ringing them at any time with any questions that I had. I thoroughly recommend Barnard Marcus and Chris Randall in particular. Buying and selling property is of course stressful, but if you have a team like this dealing with things it makes it so much easier, almost painless. Thanks to all involved.

Anthony helped us sell our flat - he was fantastic from the get go, highly professional, proactive and just gets things done. Anthony really was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and anyone working with him will be in safe hands. Dec, Chris and Jayde are also really professional and great to work with. We felt so secure with the whole team that we also used Ben (the in house mortgage broker) who secured us a really good mortgage. Overall, 5 starts and I’d recommend them to anyone.
