I was referred to Joe Crabb many months ago. He is absolutely amazing, so knowledgable and trustworthy. We initially worked on a mortgage for a property that was sold to another party. But once we were ready to start looking for a new property again, Joe was there for us again and he helped in every step of the way. What's very apparent is they work cohesively as a team as no matter who I spoke to in the office they were up to speed with my property and what was happening etc. An office that is a credit to the wider Barnard Marcus chain. Jayde was the selling agent when we bought our house in February of this year, and she was wonderful. She generously made it possible for us to have access several times between exchange and completion so we could acclimatise our toddler to her future home. When there was a last-minute hiccough with the kitchen on the day of completion, she moved heaven and earth to get it resolved before we got the keys. Can't recommend her, and her team, highly enough.
