I’ve been with Barnard Marcus for several years and my experience has had its ups and downs. Recently, I’ve had a much more positive experience with the new team under Stefanie’s management. Really impressed by these estate agents, they are such nice people, I have never come across any other estate agents like them considering my 55 years of age. They really take customer service to the next level and they really do care about you and not just your money, we wasn’t really available for viewings during the week and they still made it happen for us on the weekend even with such short notice. Leo from lettings is such a nice young man and his manager Marta was so helpful with the paperwork. I couldn’t think of any other estate agents that I would recommend but these guys. He explained the fee he charges as well as what him and his team do and everything he told me was exactly what happened. No notice if there has been a cancellation until chased. No consistency of service or point of contact throughout. Dropped asking price multiple times on their advice with no increase in viewings.
