He made what can be a very stressful time into a lot of fun, and very easy. He considered all our needs and found the perfect property for us. GoogleI cant thank Barnard Marcus and their staff enough. They were always helpful and assisted me whenever I phoned. If the agent was out I would leave a message knowing they would call me back. If I wanted anything they went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. Every question was answered and they went over and above to get my late brothers property sold. My thanks go to all the staff both in sales and also post sales who were not only knowledgeable but helped with a sense of humour as well,

GoogleInitially Phoebe valued the property. She was very professional and had lots of ideas on how it could be marketed. Later Geoff took over selling the house, with assistance from both Will & Bramley. Again the sale was dealt with in a very professional manner and I had complete confidence in their ability, at all times. Little touches like checking the property was locked properly after third party visits, all helped during the tense time of selling. Barnard Marcus kept me informed at all times and I would certainly recommend them, as an agent. They are friendly and approachable and all work as a team, which is what is needed to finalise a sale.

GoogleAs a tenant, I’ve been dealing with Barnard Marcus for the last 3 years, and I generally can’t recommend them enough as they took a really personal and genuine approach with us throughout this whole journey. Last year their lettings advisor Priya Patel took over our account, and was our designated point of contact for any inquiries or help we needed. Well, any word of praise for Priya would probably be an understatement! She is highly knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly at the same time. She is always reachable and turns around inquiries in no time! Hard to be in better hands to be honest, and definitely above and beyond! I highly recommend her and Barnard Marcus for any tenant looking to let a property.
