I have on several occasions been interested in property for auction by Barnard Marcus, however as a buyer I have experienced terrible service, many times not even receiving a reply to emails. Sellers with properties under 500,00 should look elsewhere in my opinion

Instructed repair work done, but 4 months, nothing done!Saying “it’s not our responsibility”Any appliances not working. Say “ not normal work to check appliance”4 months! Nothing done. Incredibly poor service. They didn’t help fix any of the problems with my flat, of which there was loads. They will try find any reason to overcharge you. Absolutely awful estate agent I couldn’t recommend it less. 1/10

Poor customer service, complete lack of information on flat purchase, staff just don't seem bothered at all that information that massively affects the purchase gets sent, they don't bother responding to requests and information in a timely manner. Overall a complete lack of respect for their customers
