GoogleAs block managers this company leaves much to be desired. Double service charges with no resident communication. When questioned, ignore emails, refuse to be accountable and are a nightmare to get any answers from. Please watch out with this company.

GoogleI have renctly rented a maisonette with this agency. I must say, the person who took over my case, Azim, did an excellent job throughout. I was very impressed by his committment, always ready to answer all of questions, even out of hours. Never had a positive experience like this with estate agency. Thank you

GoogleAll other agents we encountered and spoke to were ok. Just watch out for one particular agent named Patricia who was very unprofessional and unresponsive during the last days of our tenancy. She basically stopped communicating and resfused to speak to us when we were politely asking for some important matters after our tenancy ended. On top of that she even tried to take our hard earned deposit money good thing we won against the rob off they wanted from the dispute..NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSelling an empty property from afar is not an easy task! Right from the start Azim Petker dropped what he was doing to value the property 10 mins after calling the Agency. The photography was exceptional .... a lovely touch was to find the brochure of when the property was previously sold by them in 1995. Azim dealt with every crisis in his professional and calm manner along the way. Water damage was monitored by him and he obtained a quote for the repair . GoogleI would highly recommend the Block Management Team services of Barnard Cook as agents. Throughout the ten years of my contact with them they have been highly responsive and efficient. They have dealt with crisis ranging from of hours water leaks to solicitor’s last minute crucial requests during the sale of my flat. All these issues were tackled, on a personal basis, by the relevant persons at Barnard Cook. This ensured perfect communication and the necessary speed to resolve issues as they arose. Barnard Cook also did an amazing job of successfully negotiating with an insurance company that saved the flat owners thousands of pounds when the roof of the block developed problems. I commend their invaluable service. Thank you.
