GoogleI have recently completed on the sale of my late mother's house and have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Barnard Cook. In particular their senior negotiator Azim Petker has been first class having a friendly and helpful attitude when discussing all issues relating to the sale. In fact he was most efficient giving support and advice whenever problems occurred. Both my wife and I felt he always went that further mile to achieve the result we wanted. I would certainly give him ten out of 10 for his level of service and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a good estate agent.

GoogleHorrendous, all the staff including Azim were very helpful at the beginning and were providing assistance until they got the deposit. Once they were paid nothing was repaired on the property, we have been without window handles for over a year we understand the landlord is difficult but as soon as we asked for repairs everyone changed especially Azim who went from friendly to extremely rude and put the phone down on me. Beware of the reviews with positive experiences these people havenβt seen the other side of this greedy cesspit yet.

GoogleFrom start to finish in the sale our house Paul Coomber has been the consummate professional. We only dealt with Paul ( not banded about the office as with previous estate agents ). Emails and phone calls were quickly responded to. We never felt in the dark about how the sale was proceeding. He worked diligently through all the usual ups and downs of a house sale and never felt as though we were being waffled, we were told the truth all the way through. GoogleI let a property managed by Barnard Cook last year and have to say what a relief it was to be treated with honesty , integrity and respect. Having had an awful experience with a previous agent, all of the staff I dealt with were and have been friendly and very easy to deal with. More recently, I needed an extractor fan fitted, dealt with Jack, who is so friendly and helpful, he was immediately on the case, had the installation done professionally and have been smoke and steam free since. It really is refreshing to be treated this nicely after the contracts have been signed.

We dealt the Tony Eade who kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond getting involve where require and making sure the solicitors were talking the same language. Tony is a prime example of why you need a local agent and I would be very happy to recommend.

GoogleBarnard Cook have been managing our block for a few months now and have been a dramatic improvement on their predecessors, Crabtree, who were an absolute disaster. They always answer the phone and every email is answered within 24 hours, and normally just just a few hours. After complete paralysis with Crabtree things are actually getting done. Tony is always extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
