Still waiting for the keys for my property two weeks after moving in..have phoned twice.Always late.Never returned calls unless they needed something.The seller left everything in a terrible condition and estate agent cannot even drop off keys.Poor experience

I was going to view a property , information about the property kept changing ,really confusing.Customer service very poor performance.I would not recommend to use.
