As nerve-wracking as entering the property market is, Colin, Jamal, and the rest of the team provided us with the support and reassurance to complete our first purchase. Responsive, efficient, and understanding, every time we contacted them they acted swiftly and professionally. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and can strongly recommend their services.

Bairstow Eves were our agents for an annoying and complicated sale, but were friendly and professional throughout. Just the right mix of salesmanship and precision. Absolutely recommended. Shoutout to Denzel, Colin, Michael and the crew!

I have to take my hat off to Mr Green and his team as they were exceptional from start to finish. We were speaking with 3 estate agents and by far the team at Bairstow eves were the best bunch.

I had to give 1 star to write this review but to be completely honest they do not even warrant 1 star in my experience. Tried to sell my property with these agents and was a complete waste of time. They considerably overvalued the sale price to entice you to sign with them within two weeks it was dropped 50,000. After 6 months of no reasonable offers I took it to a professional, honest agents who sold it in 2 weeks. Would definitely not recommend these agents if you want to sell your house.NegativeQuality

The team at Bairstow Eves in Tottenham helped my partner and I to find a house in Tottenham recently. This was a long journey and the team were professional and fantastic at communicating with us throughout the sale. Our estate agent was Colin. Every time we met Colin it was a pleasure. He is super polite, friendly and very calm. We wish the team all the best and can't thank both Denzel and Colin enough for all their help. Thanks, Hannah & Oli.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

From the outset I was impressed with the pride and enthusiasm of Colin and his manager Denzel with their company . I was made to feel at ease with my concerns about the housing market at the time. They were both very amenable and professional. What impressed me most was that I was made to feel as though the sale of the property was of paramount concern for them. They showed a genuine interest in my personal circumstances around the property sale. At no time at all was I given the impression that they were just interested in their commission. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Well done lads and good luck in the future.

Failed to turn up for valuation, then rebooked for the following week. Attended the property, then I had to chase them for 2 weeks for the result. Still waiting despite promises. Noone ever answers the phone. I obviously won't be giving them my business.

No shows for viewings I arranged a viewing of a property through Bairstow Eves 5 days in advance and received an email confirming the appointment, however no one showed up. I also didn't receive an email or call informing me that no one would be available for the viewing. I also called the office twice and left two voice messages but no one got back to me straight away. They are totally unprofessional and have very bad customer service.

Recently helped me purchase a flat, very attentive and helpful. Colin who dealt with my purchase was always on hand and even pestered the not so good solicitors from another company to help me beyond just Bairstow Eves transactions.

I sold my house through Denzel at Bairstow Eves and I was so impressed with how calm and professional he was throughout. As I had never sold a house before he very kindly walked me through the steps to ensure that I knew what to expect, this took away tons of pressure and made the process much less daunting.
