they are a joke of a company too focused on meaningless numbers over running an actual business. Mark is the biggest one of all. He will fight with you every step of the way. Push you to get a mortgage which isn't great and refer you to the worst solicitors possible. Be warned you are looking at 5-7 months to complete a sale and mark will fight with you and blame you instead of doing sales progression. For some reason the district manager shobad is submissive to mark so definitely do NOT expect any help from the company. A name change to cuntstow eves is better fitted Buyers/ sellers/ renters go use a real estate agency not this gimmick relying on parent company money to survive. Its not just this office its all of them in north london

I honestly can’t thank Daniel enough for all his help throughout our flat purchase. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way. He was always chasing up the lenders and the sellers, making sure everything was progressing and letting us know exactly where things stood. Daniel is such a genuine gentleman, always polite, professional, and true to his word. If he said he’d call, he absolutely would. His reliability and communication really helped speed things up and gave us peace of mind during what can be a very stressful process. Thanks to Daniel’s dedication, everything moved along much faster than we expected. He really is a credit to the estate agency, and we’re so grateful for all his hard work. Highly recommend!

Daniel McAlister at the Bairstow Eves Edmonton branch was superb. We spoke to four different estate agents and decided to go with Daniel because he was very down to earth and understood exactly what we were going for, he was the only one we spoke to who we felt wasn't too pushy but was taking on board what we were saying. He also got the price spot on, which was a high price, the highest in the street at data of sale (£380k). Other estate agents were quoting far too low (£350k), or unachievably high (£410k). In addition to both of those points, he also managed a huge amount of viewings on single days, up to eight people on one day, with precision. So for us, he excelled in all three areas that we were looking for: he came across as a good, genuine person, he got the price exactly right, and he managed a huge amount of viewings with efficiency and with no issues whatsoever, whilst communicating all the time. Then, post accepting an offer, he was always easy to get on the phone, and everything was communicated perfectly during that lengthy process. I can't recommend Daniel at Bairstow Eves Edmonton enough. It was excellent from start to finish. Top notch work.

5 star service! Recently sold my house through Bairstow Edmonton branch. From the point of instruction till completion, I had great service from all the staff in the office. Special mention to the branch manager (Mark) who gave me very honest and professional advice. His deep knowledge of the market clearly shone through. I achieved a great price for my house and the whole transaction went very smooth. I have had such bad experiences with the other agents in the area (poor advice, pushy managers etc) which made this experience stand out. Definitely recommend Mark!!

I asked Bairstow Eves (Edmonton branch) for a property evaluation and was extremely disappointed. Mark Alexander, the senior branch manager, carried out the valuation on my Tottenham property and gave me a ridiculously low figure. He came across as unwelcoming and unhelpful on the phone, almost as if he deliberately undervalued my home because he didn’t want to deal with me. The figure he provided was shockingly inaccurate, he valued my large, extended 3‑bedroom house as if it were still 2010. Just last year, my mortgage company gave me an estimate that was over £250k higher than what he told me. That kind of discrepancy makes it clear something is seriously wrong with this branch’s knowledge and professionalism. Do not trust their valuations. They give out wrong figures, and it’s apparent there is no proper understanding of current sales values or appraisals. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Santa Claus Mark was true to his word from day one. He said it would take 3 months to sell my property. It took 2 months. Christmas has come early for my family 🎅 I truly am grateful for the hard work he has put in behind close doors. He has listened to all my fun,happy and sad times. We cannot recommend the Edmonton branch highly enough. From the initial valuation of our house by Mark (Manager) to the day of completion we were very impressed. Mark came in with a valuation higher than other agents and we were sceptical but gave him the chance to prove his sales talk and he surely did!
