When we first contacted AZ, we immediately felt a desire to work with us and a willingness to quickly resolve our issues. The agent walked us through the transaction process step by step, was always available, and answered all our questions. It's invaluable to have contact and assistance in any situation. Thank you for a successfully closed deal!

I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

We’ve had a very helpful and informative consultation with Alisa, the owner of AZ Real Estate. We’re planning to buy a property in a very near future, so wanted to get our numerous questions answered. Alisa gave us a very good understanding of how the things work and we talked through some tips how to make the process of finding a new home more smooth and efficient. Without any doubts we can recommend to talk to AZ Real Estate if you're looking for a new home.

An excellent team, everything was done quickly and efficiently in a short time. When I said that I found AZ Real and that they promised to do everything in 2 months, no one believed it. The girls did a great job and we moved into our dream home with all the amenities. I'll add that they connected all the utilities very quickly.

I would like to thank the employees of the company Az Real Estate for being extremely helpful with choosing an apartment for rent in Central London. Company agents made very detailed list of the necessary features regarding an apartment I wanted to rent and were able to present me with various choices at a reasonable or even low price in a very short period of time. With the help of Az Real Estate agents I was able to find my perfect apartment already during the second visit of different flats. Also it was really helpful that agents of this company were able to speak in my mother tongue. Cooperation with the company Az Real Estate allowed me to save a lot of time while renting an apartment which completely satisfied my expectations. I will definitely recommend company Az Real Estate to anyone who needs help with real property operations.

The company's customer service is beyond reproach. They respond to my requests quickly and attentively, even when I, as a client, was at my wits' end choosing a new home. They provided the most courteous support not only before closing but also afterward. For the first time, they offered services such as utility bill optimization, which saved me time and money. I look forward to continuing our productive collaboration.

The team at AZ Real Estate are fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. We tried several other agencies before and none compared to the professionalism, efficiency, and determination to sell that we saw from AZ. Alisa, Darya and Anna really are property magicians and I’ll be forever grateful for their services in selling my flat :)

Many thanks to the company for a consultation, I had an opportunity to streamline scattered pieces of knowledge about renting into a one clear process. Also until our call I wasn't aware about some important practices and steps. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with the AZ Real Estate. I was trying to rent out the property in South Kensington for about 6 months and was working with three major Real Estate agents, but didn't have much luck. The AZ Real Estate team helped to find good tenants and managed the whole process, including the Tenancy Agreement negotiations. I would absolutely recommend them.
