A Z real estate did a wonderful job helping me with purchasing my apartment. From day one they listened very carefully to exactly what I was looking for, understood my needs and circumstances. Kateryna was my liaison, and she was always there, chasing people on my behalf and even chasing me sometimes. Very friendly, I was able to find the perfect apartment thanks to them, and we closed the deal with ease, and I’m very happy. Such bespoke and high standard service!

I would like to thank the real estate agency AZ Real Estate, their highly qualified agents Anna, Anastasia and Marianna, who helped in the shortest possible time (less than two weeks passed from the start of the search and move) to find a very good apartment for rent in London for my family. Viewings were carried out for us online, since we were living in another country at that time. They checked all the documents, corresponded with the landlord, and responded very quickly to all my requests and wishes. After the move, they kept in touch with me for a month and registered me with all the necessary structures as a new tenant. Thank you very much for your work.

The services were carried out quickly, professionally and in the end a wonderful apartment was found. At the same time, all apartment viewings on my part were carried out remotely, which is very convenient. Special thanks to Anna, Marianna and Artem!

We received contact information for AZ Real Estate from friends!!! We were very pleased. A huge thank you to Anna, who was able to find us an apartment that met our criteria in a short time. She organized a video viewing, and we quickly signed a contract with her help. We received 100% support in completing all the necessary paperwork and connecting all the necessary services. And all this happened in a very short time. We simply couldn't have done it without them!!! A huge thank you to the entire team, you're simply amazing!!!!

A wonderful agency with highly qualified specialists who are responsive to any client's needs. They helped us not only find a place to live, but also get to know the area, discuss all the details with the management company upon moving in, and simply resolve any issues that arise along the way, which can be overwhelming as a newbie. A huge thank you to Daria, Alisa, and the entire AZ Real Estate team! We wish you good luck and prosperity! I recommend you to my colleagues preparing to move, as well as to everyone reading this review.

We learned about AZ Real Estate through friends. We were expecting good service, but we didn't expect it to be so excellent! Daria helped us not only find an apartment quickly and efficiently but also negotiate with the owner on all our wishes and requirements. I'd also like to say a huge thank you to Marianna for her assistance with negotiating contracts with all the utilities; it saved us time and helped us resolve all the issues that arose.

It was both our pleasure and immense luck to work with Katerina, who was our buying agent at AZ Real Estate. Her responsiveness, no-pressure approach, and all-around support throughout the process were exceptional. Would recommend AZ to first-time non-local buyers in the UK. If we ever need to look for a property again, we would be happy to use the “search” part of their service.

Anna and Ksenia were a lifesaver! Due to quarantine, I wasn't able to visit the apartments in person, but thanks to video viewings, we were able to choose the most suitable option for me. They took absolutely all my notes into account. The personal approach, respect, willingness to answer all my questions, open every shelf, and check everything for proper operation, all of this was done before I even moved in! In big cities like London, I think it's really important to work with a professional. And even better when you speak the same language. 😅 I will definitely recommend the agency to my friends! The work is top-notch.🤗

Had a state of art consultation with the Managing Director - Ms Alisa Zotimova. We were exploring investment options and Alisa provided detailed information about several possibilities according to my interest. She explained each and every step of various deals and offers available on the market and provided useful resources (including contacts that we'd need for our investment option). She surely is experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She covered all aspects of every question that we had. I would strongly recommend contacting AZ Real Estate if you're considering property market whether it's a purchase, sale or simply a consultation - Ms Zotimova has it all covered.

A huge thank you to the entire agency team! We submitted a very complex and detailed request. We were particularly interested in details like en-suite bathrooms in every room, a specific location, new modern furniture, and a concierge in the building's lobby. Ekaterina, an agent at the agency, handled our search brilliantly and found the perfect property almost immediately! We are thrilled to be living in our new home; we absolutely love it! If you want to enjoy this wonderful place every day, contact this agency. I can vouch for that after six years of living in London.
