We used Atkinson to rent a flat for a couple of years. Even though the agency fees are a bit high, they did deliver high quality service and we have had no problems during the two years. I wish they were managing our new property. Definitely, we will check them again next time.

I'd like to call out a diligent effort to pursue to closure with an external agency. a wrongly statemented entry for her customer. Ms Fahmida clearly exhibits the customer champion behavior by actimg in their interest to resolve their problem.

We used the Balham branch and received excellent service from both Ricky & Philip.Philip helped us communicate with the property owner as she no longer lived there. He also recommended someone to provide a damp survey.Since we bought through Atkinson McLeod, my brother-in-law has also used them to find a new home.

Atkinson McLeod are the worst property managers I have ever had to deal with. They are difficult, unresponsive and unhelpful. They neglected our home and the tenants I live with and cause more stress and problems than anything else. Stay away.

GoogleAmazing Sale, lots of choice for customer. Maintenance and agents are delay on requests/issues. Not able to resolve urgent living essential things. etc power cut, heating. Only attempt to send handy man in few days. Only bring back up instead of replacing out-dated equipment.
