TrustpilotTerrible behaviour from renewal agents
The renewal agents refused to amend the appropriate clauses in the tenancy agreement to reflect the agreement between the landlord and I, and were constantly pressuring me to sign the agreement in an unpleasant manner in spite of this unresolved issue. These agents have been lazy, incompetent, and downright rude. Unpleasant experience all around.

GoogleUnscrupulous, dishonest bunch who don't respect GDPR. I have asked them to remove me from their contact list. Only to find out this morning that they have listed my property on Rightmove WITHOUT my consent at a below market price. Reported to the property ombudsman, beware of these scammers.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleRef. KATIE. She’s been nice and highly professional while showing us a flat for sale in London. She advised us on the process of buying a home and put us in touch with a mortgage advisor to have further information, even though we haven’t made an offer for the property she was selling.

Blessing and Olivier both helped us beyond what most estate agents would. We had a huge amount of problems admin wise not caused by either side but they spent the better part of two weeks consistently doing everything they could to get us into the property. One that we are all very happy in!

TrustpilotExcellent experience with Philip Bullman of Atkinson McLeod
I used Atkinson McLeod as the estate agent to sell my flat in Aldgate East. Philip Bullman provided excellent service, particularly during the period between acceptance of an offer and completion. He kept me updated throughout, liaised with all relevant parties and was highly efficient. I would highly recommend him.

TrustpilotSuper friendly and helpful
Super friendly and helpful, although I haven't been able to find a flat to my liking yet. My contact - Connor - has been very helpful not only trying to find a flat in the area but one that I'm comfortable with. I've very much appreciated the honesty that he showed

I had to quickly find an apartment in London coming from the Netherlands for a job. I called Atkinson McLeod and got in contact with Aaron O'Neal-Jordan who recommended and helped me quickly rent a wonderful modern studio. Any questions I had were always quickly answered as well. I can definitely recommend Atkinson McLeod!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
