TrustpilotThis company is unreliable
6 months ago I want to rent a flat and want to give an offer, They Said that I need to pay £400 deposit first than I sent that money. The landlord didn’t accept the amount we offer. Than we want refund, called the company many times and wrote e-mails but they didn’t give money back. This company is unreliable

GoogleArshia the property manager is very responsive and helpful during the property check-out process. The tenants have made some serious smoking damage to the property during the stay. Arshia has helped to provide solution, coordinate the cleaning services and handled the communication with the tenants re. deposit well. Thank you.

GoogleI have been a client of AML for more than 10 years and have been impressed by their client service from the outset. My property manager, Lauren, is an outstanding professional. She is proactive, keeps me informed at all times and deals with any issues that arise effectively and quickly.

TrustpilotWonderful experience from Hollie
Wonderful experience from Hollie at Atkinson McLeod helping us secure a 3 bed in Elephant & Castle. Professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and even took the time to accommodate a revisit to the apartment. 10/10 service and I hope to use Atkinson McLeod again!

TrustpilotOne of the good ones :)
We didn't end up renting through this agency, but felt that Calum deserved a review. Having dealt with a number of estate agents he has been one of the most honest and reliable. He kept in touch, was understanding of our needs, and is a genuinely nice person to deal with. When we look for our next property I'll be in touch with him.
