Having been a frequent ‘time bandit’ of Simon Rosenblatt’s over the years (always calling for values and advice), I finally instructed him to handle the sale of one of my investment properties. Not only did he provide the most sensible marketing plan and well considered valuation but also was willing to try and achieve a price that I thought was unobtainable in the current market. Having had the property on his books for 3 weeks I had a load of viewings and a choice of offers that were all in excess of my expectations. We proceeded to move forward with one and Simon was just brilliant at keeping all the solicitors in check. This resulted in an exchange of contracts within just 2 weeks.
