Yelllazy rentals
Apparent properties started out well but it soon became "apparent" that our property was the last thing they wanted to deal with. Every complaint about mold/damp took up to 6 months to sort out. I was told when my ceiling was flowing with water that it wasn't an important and I'd have to wait until the next day. In the mean time alot of my possession were drenched. We were often told issues couldn't be sorted out because they couldn't contact the landlord. 5mins of internet research found that the landlord worked at apparent. Apparent placed all financial pressure onto myself (even though we have a joint contract) to get everything sorted for them. I found them lazy, aggressive and unhelpful. If you are renting avoid like the plague.

GoogleWe've bought our house through Apparent. We 've almost lost it at the beginning BUT at the end we got it. Ed (White) assistance through out the process was really really good. We've managed to complete in 21 days. Apparent phone answering process is a bit bureaucratic and unfriendly I admit but once you get to the right people it is worth the waiting and above all you get the results.
