Excellent customer service, Miles Freeman helped me throughout the process and made things a lot smoother. The response time was always very quick, and communication was done on a personal level. I felt like the service provided was top tier, definitely better than the other agencies I have experienced.

Had a great experience with Zoe, she was extremely helpful and patient, she understood our requirements and preferences and was very good in finding the perfect place for us. Zoe was also very supportive in the process of proposing by providing guidance and directions. I recommend Anscombe and Ringland in St John's Wood.

The service I received from this office was second to none, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in a flat in the area, particularly Zoe Sophocles is amazing, happened to speak with another of her clients as well and he seemed to be extremely happy with her service.

We came across Miles Freeman for a short let in St. John's Wood, he is a very good and accommodating negotiator who answer all ours need, as details as a dryer. Would definitely revisit this branch if we come across to stay in London again!

Although I never rented a property with Anscombe and Ringland I found the whole process of working with them very good. Vera Wang was professional and kept me up to date with new properties and she was always a delight to work with. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Quality of services and extremely professional, Vera at Anscombe and Ringland was outstanding from the every aspect from prior to rental agreement, during our stay in St Johns Woods and the smooth transition between property. Be careful with this company. After I left the apartment they are keeping my deposit even after the Landlord agreed to payback full amount. They keep inventing excuses and lies and are not paying back my deposit. Stay away.

Great support from Miles when we were trying to find a new flat this summer. Communication was a slow with the central office but anytime we had an issue I called Miles and he was able to sort things out for us.

i would not use this estate agent, if you do then please ensure all information is documeneted via an email as if it is given verbally there is a strong chnace they will not standby what they have promised!!they are dishonest and i will certainly never use them again
