Googlei have been looking for 3 years for an apartment to my liking in the St John's wood and Made Vale area . i dealt with few agencies . But then i got introduced to Chancelors through my family that have been their clients for so many years . Dealing with Chancelors was prompt and focused . we had two visits during which we visited few properties .The first visit properties were not as expected . But the second visit only we found the required apartment as by then the Chancelors consultants became aware of our preference and suggested accordingly . We did not have to take 100 trips to less liked apartments . I dealt with Adam , Ian and Dean. I wish to particularly command Dean on his professionalism .We were met by some challenges with the seller and his solicitor . Dean stepped in and managed very well what could have turned into a conflict . He showed exceptional negotiations and communication skills both ways and he made sure both parties were happy with the final arrangement . Dealing with Dean was a pleasure and I recommend his leadership and his efficiency for those that wish to buy a property in a prompt manner .

GoogleProfessionalism, honesty and follow-up communication was paramount to our search for a rental property in London and we were pleased to have met Leonardo Silva from Anscombe & Ringland. Leonardo took the time to first understand our requirements and then plan viewings based on our preferences; all the time listening at each visit to further refine the search. His follow-up was also first rate. Whilst we didn't discover the property for us on this occasion, we thank Leonardo for giving up his time and working with us. Can highly recommend Leonardo for your letting search in London.

GoogleAfter a nightmare of a property search, we were extremely pleased to come across Danielle, who helped us find our new home in St John's Wood. Danielle was extremely helpful and professional throughout the viewing and contracting stages; not to mention extremely patient with a couple who were renting for the first time and bombarded her with dozens of questions a day! Despite that, she remained extremely friendly, patient and responded to all our queries with a very quick turnaround. I think what really set Danielle apart from any other agent we had previously worked with was her ability to go above and beyond her role. Even after we had taken possession of the property, Danielle continued to help us sort out management issues (which was not her domain!) and was always available at the other end of the phone to help sort out issues with the property or to put us in touch with the right people / department. I think she's set an outstanding example in managing her client relationship and still remains a key contact for us at Anscombe & Ringland.

GoogleI recently moved in my beautiful studio flat thanks to Anscombe & Ringland in St Johns Wood and especially Zoe Sophocles. Zoe was super efficient and professional and very kind and supportive in the process -- it took less than a week to arrange the offer and secure the flat. Thank you very much Zoe, I was very lucky to have had you as my agent! I definitely recommend Anscombe & Ringland. The taxes are low compared to other agencies and the contract can be signed online which is great for people with non-flexible working hours. I had great service too from all people I talked with on the phone.

GoogleI had a great experience with Anscombe & Ringland. First off, Dean was very friendly and explained clearly their way of working without playing any games (in the way many other real estate agents do). After that I was very impressed by the follow-through methodology used by the office, showing the number of visits per week, as well as them organising visits right away and being very proactive. And I also want to specifically recommend Gideon, who has been very pleasant to deal with, always keeping me up to date, really following the deal through every step, from following up on leads, to second visits, and even helping to follow up with the buyers and solicitors on all the details so that the deal eventually went through in very large part thanks to his efforts. I was very pleased with the deal and the service I got, and Gideon has been very helpful. Thank you.

GoogleI certainly received the 5 star treatment from the team at Anscombe's when I recently sold my flat! They couldn't have been more helpful. When I first met Dean Whitley, I was impressed by his professional, yet warm and reassuring manner, along with his breadth of knowledge and experience. Jack Hamilton was also a pleasure to deal with. He is a great communicator, genuinely concerned and understanding, and always kept me informed during the whole process of selling my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always ready to provide support and advice if I needed it. I would definitely recommend Anscombe's.

GoogleI've recently used Anscombe & Ringland to help find a property to let in St John's Wood. Zoe Sophocles was the lettings negotiator that helped me with my search and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She recognised quickly what I was looking for in a flat and tailored the viewings to meet my requirements exactly. She helped arrange viewings at short notice and at times that were convenient to me, which was often over weekends and evenings. Zoe was very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and proved an excellent negotiator. She helped considerably to take the stress out of finding a new flat. I don’t usually write reviews, but the outstanding customer experience that I received motivated me to highly recommend Zoe and Anscombe & Ringland to anybody looking in and around the area.

GoogleFollowing an endless saga with another estate agent, who acted as if we were a hindrance and let us do all the work, I met with Jerome and his team who were fantastic. Honest, quick to respond and genuinely felt as if he wanted to find us the place we were after than just sell anything he could. Will definitely contact Jerome the next time I'm looking to move and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking.

GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London and, while looking for a flat, we were strongly refered to Anscombe & Ringland. There we met Vera Wang, an amaizing professional, extremely helpful and knowlegeable. Vera took us to visit the two options they had that closely matched out budget. She quickly understood our priorities and at the visit highlighted the positive aspects and pointed out the setbacks of each property. By far were the best two options we've seen. We've never rented in London and Vera patiently helped us with all the details and answered all of our of questions (and we had A LOT of questions). Unlike a few other estate agents we've encountered, Vera is very dependable and showed genuine willing to help us. She explained all the costs and expenses involved so we had no unpleasant surprises. Sensitive to to our budget she even helped putting a winning proposal for the landlord. She has our highest recommendation!

GoogleThanks to Anscombe & Ringland (Charles Lewis Daniel in particular) for their handling of the sale of the Hamilton Terrace flat for us and securing a motivated buyer at asking price, and assisting towards a swift completion. Their approach has been highly professional and I have particulary appreciated been kept fully informed with regular updates during the process. Their willingness to 'go the extra mile' with regards to making sure that viewings have gone smoothly has also been noted. I have every faith that Charles and the team will secure a buyer for us for the Garden Flat in the next couple of weeks.

GoogleEven though i did not find a property through Jerome, i felt it was important to say how fantastic he was throughout the whole process. After dealing with 99% of the agents around the NW8 and W9 area Jerome was by far the best agent i dealt with. You hear people talking about your 'typical estate agent' and Jerome is not one of them. His professionalism throughout the process was second to none. He is a credit to his company and i can only hope that he will be able to find me the perfect property next time. Thanks for all your help Jerome.

GoogleJerome went above and beyond helping me to find a place. Whereas other agencies showed me places that did not fit the description of what I wanted, Jerome was very attentive and ensured that no time was wasted. I was also on a very strict time frame to find a flat, and once I decided on one he managed to get me in my new home in the matter of 2 days. Professional, attentive, and hard working, I would recommend hiring Jerome as your agent. It was refreshing dealing with him after the frustration of dealing with other agents from other agencies.
