Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

Duane and his team were very helpful in ensuring that the sale of my buy to let property ran as smoothly as possible.Duane in particular ensured a good sale price was negotiated with the buyer.I’m rating my experience with 4 stars due to the confusion at the end of the sale regarding the rent and the time it took to resolve. Overall the team are professional and knowledgable on both the selling and lettings side.

GoogleOften when dealing with a sale involved in a chain, it's so easy for miscommunication to occur and a lack of care to cause delays to the conveyancing process, or to even collapse in some extreme cases. I dealt with Duane Watson of Andrews EA as he was the agent looking after a mutual clients sale and onward purchase- whilst I arranged their finances. Duane was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I often needed updates from various parties involved in that chain, and often it was only Duane's input and responsiveness that helped progress the sale & purchases along. His experience and proactive approach helped coordinate other parties in the chain and held the sale together. My client was grateful as was I. Duane is a credit to his agency. GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Andrews.I cannot describe how brilliant Duane Watson was, he always went the extra mile to help. If it wasn’t for Duane I would have walked away from the purchase, but Duane with his vast experience and knowledge got hold of the solicitors and made sure everything went smoothly as the solicitors were working slowly and delaying the progress. I can truly and honestly say Duane is a great asset to the agency as his not only very good and professional at his job. He is also truly a genuine person who will look after you.
