I found myself in the situation of having to look for a new property to rent. I had email alerts set up, one came through for a property close to where I was living. I immediately went into my local Andrews to arrange a viewing. I managed to get a viewing the same day and made and offer. 2 weeks later I was moving into that new property. This was all thanks to the excellent Bobbie Caller who showed my round the property and Laila Von Trapp who was an absolute diamond all through the referencing process. I can thoroughly recommend using Andrews if you are looking for a new property to rent.

I have to say our property manager nicola Is absolutely amazing Nothing is ever to much trouble. Even when on annual leave I always have a response as soon as she returns. Leave a message she always calls back. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Nicola is always there with a helping hand and goes above and beyond. I have rented a property with Andrews for over 5 years and I have NEVER had a issue with them. Everything that needs to be done have been done. Paperwork is always up to date. Gas safety and electrical checks are always done even when I forget they are due! Work that needs to be done is always done. They only ever a call and email away if I need anything. From all rental companies I have come across they have to be up there with the best. So thank you again Nicola and Andrews

I've just completed a house purchase through Bear Flat Branch. Excellent support and service from Emma M from first viewing, all through the solicitors process to completion! Constant progress updates. When contacting the branch if Emma wasn't available I was pleasantly surprised to find all the rest of the team were totally up to speed with what was happening on our house especially during negotiations. Very impressive. All the team I dealt with, Emma also Keith, Rowan, Matt were very knowledgable about the area of the property I was interested in and the market. GoogleThe service I received from Benga and his team at the Kingsbury office was nothing short of outstanding. The process took several months because the property was going through probate. Benga was pleasant, patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on a regular basis and nothing was too much for him to do to assist me with the purchase. GoogleMukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office has been super helpful throughout the whole process. As a First Time Buyer, purchasing a property can be very overwhelming as well as daunting. Having Mukul help with the process has alleviated so much of the pressure. As he is well knowledgable in his field, he is also able to provide advice on all areas of the mortgages as well as ask the crucial questions I would not have thought to ask for example, the different forms of available insurance. Mukul also takes a long term view when working with his customers, meaning he works with your long term interest in mind. A key thing for me during the process was ease of communication and Mukul ensured this by providing multiple forms of contacts as well as always being available to speak to through the whole process. If you want someone who will have your time and is able to effectively communicate a complicated process like mortgages, I would honestly recommend Mukul.

Their knowledge and expertise made buying a house via the Modern Method of Auction such a breeze. A very special “Thank you!” to Mukul Mehta, the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews Kingsbury office. Buying your first home can be a very daunting and stressful process, especially if you are buying via the Modern Method of Auction. But with the vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise of the property market, Mukul made it so much easier for us to understand the process and made sure we were confident and happy with the decisions we made throughout the process. His friendly (always smiling) way of communicating made it felt like a family/friend experience to us, which really helped both sides understand each other and go for the right products and services. Not only that, but he also helped us in sorting out the Critical Illness Mortgage cover when our 1st application was rejected. Once again, the professionalism, knowledge, customer care and communication from Mukul is exceptional and will definitely be coming back for his services in future. All in all, not only Mukul, but also the experience of working with the rest of the staff at Andrews Property has been exceptional and swift and no stress at all. Sumita went above and beyond to explain everything to me clearly, help find the right tenants that met my criteria and managed the whole process end to end to complete all the paperwork. Sumita was did not push me to sign quickly with a tenant, she knew what I would be comfortable with and she did not try to push me to buy extra services as well.
