Googlerequest an appointment to see a property through the web. I received the confirmation on my phone. on the appointed day I was punctual at the address and Miss Bianca Emerson never appeared. I called the office and they told me that the appointment was not confirmed but I have the confirmation message. It seems to me a total lack of professionalism

The property in question received over 75 enquiries within a short period of time which made it challenging to confirm every booking and online bookings are always provisionally booked until we confirm from the branch.
