GoogleI've worked with Alexander Rose since 2019, first letting and then selling my property in Stratford. I was a first time landlord and they provided a full service; finding tenants within days either at our above asking price, dealing quickly and efficiently with the paperwork and guiding me through every step and then managing the property. When I wanted to sell, I found the marketing was excellent and I achieved offers I was happy with. Even though the process was complex, involving multiple solicitors and a complex lease, this was where they really stepped up. Tobias Alexander used his contacts, expertise and relationships to expertly shepherd the transaction through to completion. He was tireless in chasing up different parties and keeping everyone informed and engaged. I'm not sure other agents would have gone above and beyond like he did but I'm so grateful he did. I've since recommended him to friends and others and found it worth every penny.
Lilian, we just want to say a huge thank you for taking the time to write this. I know the process was a lot more complex than we had envisioned but due to your patience, cooperation and trust in us, we were able to get it done. This is a special one for us, because we truly experienced all the twists and turns of the sales process, so want to extend a very special thank you again. Please do keep in touch. Tobias

GoogleSelling my mother-in-laws property, Tobias from start to finish has been beyond exceptional every step of they way. My husband and I are truly gratefully for the patience and respect in his gentlemanly conduct in regards to explaining, planning and preparing the house sale to our elderly mother. The results of this, a new selling price for the area speaks volumes about Tobias' service and the professionalism he provides. I have and will consult Tobias on future properties and highly recommend his services.
Our absolute pleasure Maxine. Thank you for the review!

Google5 stars all round. I’ve been renting in London nearly 7 years and I have never experienced an estate agent as friendly and as helpful as Tobias and the rest of the team. With the rental market as bad as it is right now it’s nice to deal with people who actually treat you like a human and care for your needs and wants. Can’t recommend them enough.
Liam you legend! Really appreciate your words, and you’ve honestly been a proper gent to deal with. Looking forward to seeing you around, and lets us know when the housewarming is! 😝 …
