As a first time buyer, they have been great to work with, and I very much doubt that you can find someone better in London. I've had previous experiences trying to buy flats in London from other Estate Agents and they fell through mostly due to attempts to deceit and obfuscate issues. Smaller estate agents like Alexander Rose are always going to be better than big, established estate agents, and the professionalism and care that Tobias exudes will not be matched. Also, he always puts a smile on your face when you meet him so that's just a bonus.
