GoogleFrom the very start of our sales process, Tobias took time to get to know us as a family and to find out as much as he could about the local area - which he wasn’t familiar with before. He staged an excellent ‘open house’ for us and was very innovative in his sales strategy - also organising a twilight photoshoot which showed our house off to its best advantage. Tobias was always available if we needed to speak to him and he successfully got us the price we wanted for the house. GoogleWhat can I say, I've been blown away by Alexander Rose Estates. 'Above and beyond' is likely tattooed into the soul of Tobias and his team as they repeatedly exceeded our expectations during a tricky sale (for reasons outside their and our control) and made what could have been a difficult experience, light, easy and really positive. Tobias lives and breathes this work, his passion is authentic and his attention to detail exemplary. Both Tobias and the fantastic Irina are that rare combination of personable and professional; kind, caring and excellent in their work. They are absolute outliers in this industry and I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.

GoogleCannot begin to describe how GREAT our experience was with Tobias at Alexander Rose Estates! My wife and I, both first time homebuyers, were quite nervous about embarking on this chapter but Tobias was a massive help every step of the way! At the initial viewing, Tobias answered any and all questions we could possibly have had, before we even needed to ask them. He was so genuine, and we felt in very safe capable hands! It didn’t hurt that we fell in love with the property! Then, when we faced obstacle after obstacle in securing a mortgage, Tobias was incredibly empathetic and patient with us. He reassured the sellers throughout the process, helping them feel at ease, and helped remain calm that things would eventually fall into place. We never felt rushed in the process, and Tobias continually checked in making sure we were okay. When we finally had a mortgage in place, Tobias continued to be so helpful, often answering questions that should have been our solicitors responsibility. He chased things up for us, arranged for us to come multiple times to view the flat, and was only ever a phone call away when we needed him. Should you be lucky enough to find a property through Alexander Rose Estates - You are in great hands with Tobias… He is a legend!

GoogleI highly recommend Tobias for anyone looking to purchase their new home. From my first viewing, where he let me explore the apartment for as long as I needed, to sharing all his expert knowledge of the apartment, building and local area. He is passionate about providing a personal touch to each client’s experience, and he delivers tenfold. During the sale process he responded to messages instantly, and helped nudge the sale along when needed. Always friendly, helpful and very thorough. Five star service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

GoogleI engaged Toby to help let my 1 bedroom apartment due to an overseas move where my requirements were to get everything organised and marketed quickly. Toby did a great job of creating the listing and collateral to help best present the apartment to potential tenants. I was delighted to get as many offers as we did as quickly as we did alongside valuable advice. Because Toby lives in the area he understands the local market very well and we also were able to find a fee structure that suited my needs. If looking to let your place in E20/East Village I would recommend Toby and Alexander Rose Estates given the level of local expertise, competitive rates and availability on short notice which was crucial for me given my tight timeframe. The platform is also relatively easy to use and helps centralise the onboarding process which saves a constant back and forth. It is also good to support a local business as opposed to more corporate/national agents who don't even bother to ring you back and have greater overheads/costs.

Tobias took the time to show us every aspect of the property during our first viewing, even when juggling the current occupants who were also present at the time. His knowledge of the property and the area was invaluable in our decision. He understood our circumstances and secured us an excellent deal. Even when our online-only/faceless conveyancer fell well short of expectations, Tobias went above and beyond to bridge the gap and keep the wheels moving. 5 star service from start to finish.

GoogleTobias is an absolutely wonderful and incredible person to work with. We were looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment in east village and engaged with Alexander Rose Estates for one of the properties. His office arranged the viewing and we were delighted with the way Tobias explained each and every detail to us. There was no rush, answered all our questions very calmly and provided extremely valuable insights. There were a lot of potential renters for the flat, but Tobias never engaged in bidding or pushing the rental price higher, unlike other estate agents we were engaged with for other properties. Once confirmed, the onboarding and referencing process was quick and efficient, and we were able to get the contracts quickly. He understands the area and organisation structure of East Village very well and went beyond his responsibilities to help us arrange a parking slot with GetLiving. Without any hesitation, I will engage with Tobias for any of my future needs as I know he is just a call away and highly recommend his services.
