Had a couple of viewings with Norbert and have to say he was very professional and courteous, he went out of his way to arrange a great deal for us, unfortunately we were unable to rent the property due to personal circumstances but would definitely recommend Adam Hayes and Norbert especially.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Excellent agency that is really helping all tenants finding the best solution for their need. After registering 10+ different agencies to find a good property Adam Hayes helped me the most to really find something that I need. Brilliant attitude, and I felt that they would like to help me and I'm not just their next customer in the row... Thanks!

I really liked the correspondence with Redon Sarmati. Despite I was late for 30 mins at the viewing appointment he still kindly showed me the property and explained the details.

Saskia, Yasser and the entire team at Adam Hayes have been so helpful, professional and accommodating throughout the sale of our property. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth exchange and completion. They were always in constant communication of how the sale was progressing. Thank you again.

We were looking for a house to rent and requested a viewing through Zoopla. Their agent Norbert got in touch and arranged a viewing for us immediately. He was very professional and introduced another listing that was even better and we got to view it on the same day. We were impressed with his work.

Good lettings agency. They found me a flat very quickly and it was fairly easy to set up all the procedures. They respond quick to your queries as well. I would give full marks if they also managed the property.

Always checking in to see what my thoughts were on didn't properties, really tried hard to find me exactly what I wanted. Didn't waste my time on showing me places that was no good for me and my family. Kind, polite and respectful, easy to talk too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
