After a bad experience with another Estate Agent nearby (who shall remain nameless) Adam Hayes were a breath of fresh air. They were friendly and very efficient. Yasser assisted by Seta, managed to get me a good price, despite the current market and we completed today. Top Marks !

After a long property search, using many different agents across several areas of London, Dylan (North Finchley branch of Adam Hayes) has been one of the most impressive. He has been very professional and extremely helpful in dealing with all our queries (on the property we’re purchasing) in a timely manner. Yasser has also been of great assistance.

We shopped around for the best price and are extremely pleased with Adam Hayes. They handled all the viewings and took care of arranging cleaners, electricians, and the final house clearance. Highly recommended.

Seta from Adam Hayes was appointed as our Sales negotiator for a property which we were planning to buy. We found Seta to be very professional and very prompt in responding to our queries and clarifications.

I have done a few viewings with Adam Hayes recently and my experience has been very good so far. The staff is very professional and polite. I have been interacting with Seta and Ramy. They have been diligent in suggesting properties and arranged viewings on short notice.

Great Service

I gave my property to an online agent to let and i was very disappointed with the level of interest. Hardly any viewings and many weeks went by. I then decided to go with Adam Hayes. I was extremely surprised by how proactive they were, 12 viewings later and two offers in just under a week. The team worked late and kept me fully updated constantly during the process. Excellent service! Thank you!!

Best estate agents in London. I have both bought and rented my property through these guys. They are utterly professional, always available and all staff are just fantastic at ensuring smooth transactions for all. No push service here. Just perfectly seamless.

Thank you so much, Seta and Yasser for your professional service throughout. Quality photos, good / timely / transparent communication are what you need for the process and that's exactly what I received. It's been wonderful.

A great service! I felt that Anna took the time in the viewing to talk through the process and help me make the right decision. Her focus on making sure it was the right place for me made what can be a stressful process very easy and pleasant.
