Instructed Adam Hayes to take on the task of selling a slightly unusual flat in what was a difficult market. All the agents were highly professional during visits and always provided feedback after each viewing. All of the agents came to visit the property before it went live to familiarise themselves with the flat, which makes a big difference. After securing a strong offer, Adam Hayes continued to support and push the matter along when solicitors were slowing things down. Adam Hayes were happy to speak to both parties and ensure everyone was updated. The legals in my case were particularly painful, mostly due to my own solicitor and special thank needs to be extended to Rebecca, in particular. Rebecca was instrumental in getting this across the line, particularly during the latter stages. Not only did Rebecca give my solicitor a much needed push but she was always available to liaise between the buyer and myself. Overall, having used other agents in the past, the service you are promised is exactly what you get and highly recommend them if you are selling in and around Finchley/ North London.

I was very pleased with the service by Adam Hayes in Finchley Central, in particular Anna S dealing with lettings who tried her best to assist me in an urgent situation. Whilst I finally found a property through another agent, Anna was very efficient and considerate in her dealings with me and I've got new property alerts from Adam Hayes before any other agent, including Zoopla and RightMove. Awful post sales experience

Awful post sales experience. Bullish and unhelpful. Added stress during thr death of a relative , Completely disingenuous and had more loyalty for thd buyer who was paying them nothing despite them earning £11K commission from the sale of my home . Agent Seta disappeared after thr sale and often took days to respond to emails if at all . Suddenly, with no handover whatsoever a new manager appeared from nowhere. Based on my experience who was pretty insincere and stalled the sale of my home until I allowed further entry to buyers again despite my Aunty's dying. Truly awful experience i would I not recommend using them. The people we deal with pre sale were good but the post sale experience was extraordinarily poor and unesscarrilly stressful Based on my experience i can ser why they have s low Trustpilot rating. Had I known this before I would NOT have used them.

When I first met Yasser Elkaffass as I wanted to sell my flat, he knew the market very well, and was very confident of getting a buyer at the price he suggested, within the timeframe he provided and he achieved it. Yasser is professional, very persistent and communicated all information, and gave me the confidence that he would handle the buyers and negotiate on our behalf. Really nice agency. They were super helpful, very friendly and did their best to find the perfect house for us. Seta was the main point of contact with the office. She was very friendly and easy to get on, but also polite and professional. She answered all our questions, provided lots of help and advice, and a lot of tips and suggestions regarding the viewings, prices… Ramy was the main agent we interacted when viewing these properties. He was also friendly and polite, and honestly answered our questions about various elements of the properties when we went to view them. He was not rushing us when we were viewing, and took time to explain the property to us. They had a lot (I mean a lot) of properties coming to the market in short intervals, and we had lots of choices at least once a week, most weeks at least a few viewing every week. Thanks a lot for all the help and looking forward to coming back next time we’re looking for a property.
