I found Seta to be extremely helpful in my quest in buying my apartment. She has been very responsive, has very professional manner and is extremely knowledgeable. She has also really helped make this sometimes daunting experience for most of us a lot smoother than I expected. Really pleased with all her advice, local area knowledge and property experience too and would happily recommend her to others.

Accomodating and professional. Anna Soltan really made the viewing possible for us on one of the advertised property. She was there before us and showed the entire flat. She knows what she is doing and a pleasant agent. Though we found another one, she is still professional and congratulated us on our new home. Thanks Anna. Continue to do the same for every clients you'll deal with. Godbless.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Steve has been the most helpful, informative and far and away the standout person we have dealt with in our search for a property in Finchley Central North and West - he deserves plaudits for coming up with some very nice properties and we have really appreciated his help getting to know this patch of London

All the staff are very polite and helpful, not your typical estate agents!! We were considering either renting or selling a property so asked Mark Hyde in Sales, to value the flat. He was most professional, again very polite, not pushy in any way. If we decide to sell we will definitely ask Mark to handle this as he seems particularly trustworthy. I would certainly recommend both Mark and Adam Hayes, in general.

Tarek was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to back my offer, which was gratefully accepted. It is important to note that he covered for his colleagues' mistakes, and without him, I would not have given the agency a five-star rating.

Me and my friends were looking for a property in North London and Anna was very kind to advise us on HMO regulations which we were not aware about. We did not end up renting through them but thanks to Anna we knew what we were in for!

Yasser and his team were always polite and prompt in arranging viewings until we found a buyer. Although the eventual process to competion was drawn out, that was none of their fault and they made the process as smooth as possible fo us.
