We cannot recommend Acorn at Grove Park highly enough, they have been very professional, kind and supportive throughout our recent journey selling our property with them. We have not moved home for many years and they have guided us through each step of the process, which we have found difficult to navigate at times. As per the previous review we too were buying a New Build and had to meet deadlines, they were able to support us through this too. All of the team were approachable, easy to contact and always responsive. Daniel was helpful and professional when we first sought a valuation, Leon, what a star with the viewings and negotiation on price (achieving over the asking price), we are sure your very dapper appearance also helped. Thank you 😎. Charlie…..what can we say that has not previously been said on other reviews ! You truly are amazing 🤩, what an amazing asset you are to Acorn, we hope they appreciate what a gem they have in you. We dealt with Acorn as purchasers - so weren't their client - but had an excellent experience throughout anyway. Joe showed us the house and was professional and helpful, but Oliver took over for the transaction and we cannot speak more highly of him. He was attentive throughout, and patiently addressed all our questions. Where there were gaps in his knowledge he was honest about it but would commit to finding out and got back to us on time every time. There were some issues with the seller's purchase which resulted in almost six months between offer and completion, but despite that, Oliver made the process for us as smooth and as painless as could be hoped for. Both mine and my partners experience with acorn was second to none. We went in not really expecting much, as you do for many ‘flat hunts’, you find a load in theory that fit criteria but eventually don’t match up, aren’t quite up to the expectation you set in your head or go off the market too quickly and my experience of flat hunting has always been a heap of sold dreams and ‘too good to be true’s. My partner was contacted by Senior lettings agent Nathaniell and at first, we weren’t entirely interested as a lot of disappointment preceded that. However, we eventually decided to contact Nathaniell to set up a viewing for a property we had seen. Not only was Nathaniell very friendly, timely and professional, he also took the time to understand our needs to match us to similar properties without even asking. He even recommended one that we hadn’t seen which later turned out to be our dream home! He was very patient with us, needless to say we took a very long time inspecting every crevice of the properties he showed us trying to decide if we could see ourselves there. He was very knowledgeable about the properties we went to and he made sure all the questions we asked were answered. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing, and he even helped us set up communication with the old tenant regarding buying some of her furniture. I can definitely say Nathaniell went above and beyond to ensure we had an extremely positive experience and not only would I recommend Acorn Grove Park but Nathaniell as an agent. He even still continues to check on us! We want to say we can’t thank him enough for helping to settle us into our dream home!

Acorn Grove Park Estate Agency Nathaniell and the other staff were brilliant. I recently migrated to the Uk. Nathaniell was my first contact with the firm and remained courteous and informative from the outset to completion. He is one of the (Senior Lettings Negotiator). He was very helpful and patient with me will all my queries etc. He and his team helped me find a property to rent/let. I have recently moved into a shared property through the Acorn, Grove Park. I found the agent Nathaniell to be very professional and always supportive and very helpful. As a perspective tenant I had lots of questions and also did my guarantor. Nathaniell was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the transaction with the perspective landlord to take place with in short time. I will definitely recommend the agent Nathaniell Ward and also Acorn, Grove Park to be your first choice. They really had my best interest at hand and made me feel apart of the family. Acorn Estate Agents, particularly I would like to talk about Nathaniel who was the agent that helped me all through the renting process from acorn. Nathaniel was very helpful especially in areas of referencing. He was constantly calling to tell me what next to be done etc. The referencing agent that acorn used were too demanding, but Nathaniel was there to explain things to me for better clarity. Also, I told him the kinds of furnitures I wanted in the house, even the landlord didn’t supply all I asked for, Nathaniel made sure I got 80% of what I asked. In all, my experience with acorn was a nice one. Customer service was good. Thank you Nathaniel for your help all through. Let me not forget to say, I like the finishing of the house.
