Excellent service, and I’d reccomend them to anyone selling in the area. I engaged Acorn in 2021 after a disappointing experience with another agency in Streatham Hill who’s been great until the moment I signed a contract with them. Leon at Acorn was always incredibly well briefed when I spoke to him - having done his research on what homes I was competing with and what buyers likely to be interested in my place were looking for. I felt that I got expert advice on how to sell the place, not just someone taking a commission to show round those who came in off of right move etc. He also tended to spot problems before I did and come to me with ideas for how to fix them. Once the flat was under offer, Leon, Caroline and Steven were on the case to keep everyone moving through the 101 forms at pace, and to negotiate the issues which came up between the solicitors. The Acorn team and particularly Leon were fantastic. Leon easily won our business as he researched the history of our flat, knew the street and location perfectly and understood what was important to us. He helped us achieve a quick sale and was very respectful about some 'odd' requests due to our daughter's special needs. Working with him and Acorn was absolutely the right decision - we sold quickly and for a fantastic price, had constant and professional communication. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Leon and Caroline both worked hard on securing the successful sale of our flat, and coordinated with the estate agents on our associated purchase. We chose to sell with Acorn (after initially using other agents) because of Leon’s (polite and always professional) persistence - and after a weekend of viewings received an offer for our asking price. Which was great. Caroline was really responsive and understanding and was similarly persistent with coordinating with all parties in the chain to ensure exchange and completion. Really appreciated their work on this.

We sold our Streatham flat through Acorn - Leon and Caroline were both excellent with communicating between all parties and paricularly in helping to get everything signed and sealed before the stamp duty deadline - happy to step in with solicitors, other parties, nudging whoever might have needed nudging, and keeping us updated despite it being at a particularly busy time. We were really impressed, especially hearing that not all agents get involved once the offer is received. After our sale fell through with another local estate agent; Acorn picked up our property and managed to find a buyer within a week of our previous buyer pulling out... which was quite mind-blowing to us given the previous estate agents took 7 months to get an offer on our property. The sale of the property was seamless and went by quite quickly. The team at Acorn were/are exceptional. Really professional, always available and really put in the work to ensure that their buyers and sellers are at ease during this rather stressful period.
