Hi Tom. Not sure a 1* review is justified here. Appreciate that the property is definitely "unique" but after 22 viewings the property was let for that price. The property is not owned by Acorn of course and we are employed by the landlord to find them tenants..which we did. If we can help further please do let us know. Thanks

GoogleI had an excellent experience with this branch. Our estate agent, Arikson Franco, showed us round the property initially and was there for support and advice throughout the whole process (which, through no fault of his own, took longer than expected). He stayed patient and was always on hand to answer any queries or chase things for us when needed. Would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone, and if you can get Franco to sort you out - I would!

GoogleI came into the Catford branch of Acorn as it is local to me. I Spoke with a very professional Neg Timur, we spoke briefly about how the property market is fluctuating and the best time to buy. He advised me of the best properties for me and my situation and it was very productive, I work in sales myself and he was not your 'typical estate agent' he was very honest and was a true pleasure to meet. I look forward to speaking with Tim soon and potentially moving in to a new house.
